Technical Specifications

Earthworks: Excavation up to solid, strong-bearing strata.

Reinforcement: High yield steel reinforcement. 

Concrete: Reinforced in-situ concrete frame fully compliant to the Cyprus Standards. Grade C25 at all elements of construction.

Insulation: Three coats of flintcoat.

Brickwork: 100mm and 200mm masonry walls.

Internal walls: Two coats of plaster.

Flooring: Floor finish of a prime will be placed on all internal surfaces on the ground floor. Ceramic tiles on the verandah surfaces on a 3mm thick insulation layer.

Laminated Parquet of a prime cost and placement will be placed on the bedroom floor surfaces. The floor finish on the staircase will be identical to that of the ground floor. WC and bathroom surfaces will be covered with ceramic tiling. Mosaic sills will be placed at the windows.

Painting: Internal Walls - three coats of emulsion paint. External walls - Patterned Decorative finish  (Grafiato).

Sanitary Fittings: All sanitary fittings and accessories as well as wall tiles will be of a prime cost.

Mechanical & Electrical Installation: Installation in full accordance to the specifications of the Electric Authority of Cyprus (EAC). Provision of Electrical Heating and Air Conditioning.

External Doors & Windows: Generally Double Glazed, white aluminium frame, except those of WCs and bathrooms. Entrance timber door made of merandi.

Internal Doors: Timber frames and painted MDF leaves.

Kitchen Furnishings: Timber frame, internally melamine and painted MDF cupboards. Granite alike bench cover. All handles shall be on the buyer.

Railings & Gates: Metal railing and entrance gates as per the plans.

Fencing: Wall finished with two coats of spritz.
